The Chairman/Chief Executive Officer is at the head of the Management team of professionals that run Sparklight Group. He is a seasoned Engineer whose wide experience spans over four decades. He has executed a number of highly successful projects worldwide and has been active in the profession of civil engineering and construction management since 1978.
He is a member of the American Society of Engineers, the Nigerian Society of Engineers, a Fellow of the Institute of Structural Engineers and a certified member of the Council of Registered Engineers in Nigeria (COREN). He has also received several awards and accolades including the winner of the Nigeria Property Merit Awards of Excellence (NIPMA) 2021.

Mr. Paul Gbededo
He is a renowned Administrator with over three and half decades of experience in the manufacturing sector. An alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School and Harvard Business School. From 2013 to 2020, Mr. Gbededo served as the Group Managing Director/CEO of Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc. He is now the non-Executive Vice Chairman of the Board of Flour Mills of Nigeria.
Mr Paul Gbededo is a fellow of the Polymer Institute of Nigeria. He was educated at the Polytechnic of North London UK where he obtained a Graduateship of Plastic and Rubber Institute and an Associateship from the National College of Rubber Technology in 1980. He holds a MSc. Degree in Polymer Technology (1981) from Loughborough University of Technology, UK.

Dr Amosu is an Anesthesiologist with over thirty years of experience. His career spans Nigeria, the United Kingdom and the United State of America. He is in practice as an independent Anesthesiologist in the Atlanta, Georgia area of the United States. He is a Non-Executive Director at Stallion Microfinance Bank Limited.Â

Chief (Mrs.) Abimbola AdeyinkaÂ
Mrs Abimbola Adeyinka is a graduate of Business Administration from Massachusetts Bay Community College Wellesley U.S.A in 1981. Mrs Adeyinka, a conservative Banker has over 20 years of working experience in the Banking/Finance Industry.
She was an Executive Director in Stallion Home Savings & Loan Limited, a member of the prestigious Institute of Directors (IoD) and currently the Managing Director of Labade Furniture Company Limited.

Babatunde Dada
Mr Babatunde Dada is a Managing Director/CEO of Anchoria Investment and Securities Limited. Prior to this, he was the CEO of Anchoria Assets Management Ltd, Executive Director of Anchoria Investment & Securities Ltd.
He is an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, Nigeria, an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment (CISI), UK and an ISEB certified consultant. He spent 7 years working as a Quality Assurance Consultant in various organisations in the UK, most recently the Financial Times, London.

Miss Olamide Adeyinka

She is a graduate of Economics, Minor Legal Studies at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell. She received a double Masters in Business Administration and International Development & Social Change both at Clark University, Worcester, USA. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) at the Project Management Institute, Washington DC.
She has over 9 years of working experience in USA, West Africa, Asia, the Middle East and North Africa. She formerly worked with Chemonics International, Inc. in Washington DC, as a Program Manager and with the Advisory firm of the International Centre for Research on Women (ICRW) in Washington DC, Project Manager.
She is a member of the Board of Trustees of Premier Poverty Alleviation Initiative (PPAI), a non-Executive Director of Stallion Microfinance Bank Ltd and the Executive Director at Sparklight Group.

Prince Adeniyi Gbadebo
Mr Gbadebo is a Legal Practitioner who has a rich background in Law and the Oil and Gas industry. He acquired his experience in Law from the Law Firms of D.O Benson and Co., and the Chambers of Chief Ajibola Aribisala (SAN) where he was involved in core legal practice. After gaining a sound knowledge in Law, he worked with Gaslink Nigeria Limited, a subsidiary of Oando Gas and Power where he previously served under the Nigerian Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
With his knowledge of Law and Oil and Gas, he has held several roles in Sales and Marketing, contract performance and business development. He obtained a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Sussex, England and a Masters in Energy Studies with specialization in International Oil and Gas Management from the University of Dundee, Scotland after which he attended the Nigerian Law School in Lagos.
He has also attended a number of petroleum industry and specialized courses from the University of Dundee, Lagos Business School and Harvard Business School.

Adenrele is the Managing Director and Chief Executive officer of Richway Microfinance Bank. He is also a Director at Richway Financial Services. He is an experienced banker with about 29 years of professional practice and leadership experience.
Mr Oni has held several management positions; some of which include Managing Director and CEO, FBN Mortgages Limited, General Manager and Chief Representative Officer of the First Bank South Africa; President of the South Africa-Nigeria Chamber of Commerce amongst others.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (FCTI); Fellow, Institute of Credit Administrators (FICA); Honorary Senior Member, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (HCIB) and a Microfinance Certified Practitioner (MCP); Fellow, African Board for Financial Inclusions; He is an alumnus of Lagos Business School Senior Management Program and has attended various Leadership and Management programs at INSEAD, Chicago Booth University, Michigan Business School, Wharton School, Pennsylvania University, DevPar Canada amongst others.
He is an alumnus of the International Visitor Leadership Program of the US Govt.
