Marketing Officer

Department/Company: Sparklight property Development.
Location: Abeokuta, Ogun State.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Interfacing with prospects in marketing Sparklight products.
2. Prepare needed logistics and carrying out marketing presentations.
3. Negotiate and convince subscribers to patronize the company.
4. Maintain all records relating to marketing transactions.
5. Packaging of subscribers’ NHF Mortgage loan as directed by Head,
   Sales/Property.
6. Assist the Head, Sales/Property with a plan to wear down the EDL.
7. Create new market opportunities for Sparklight to exploit.
8. Develop and design required marketing tools such as flyers, banners, etc.
9. Ensure adequate presence of Sparklight in social media.
10. Advise on statutory laws regarding to property.
11. Enforce terms of rental agreements.

Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant
academic area.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing and sales.
Understanding and knowledge of Marketing Executive
• Solid knowledge of digital and online marketing.
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
• Ability to deliver on sales target.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to meet deadlines and to exercise good, professional judgement that
reflect positive image of Sparklight.
• Ability to effectively use computer software MS Office applications and Excel.
• Proven ability to work across diverse sets of stakeholders.

Reporting line
The Marketing Officer will report directly to the Head of Marketing
