Chief Toyin Adeyinka

FNSE, FNIStructE, MASE, (COREN Reg.)

Chief Toyin Adeyinka is a graduate of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Worchester and a Master of Science Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from Northeastern University Boston, Massachusetts. He is a member of the American Society of Engineers, Nigerian Society of Engineers, Fellow of the Institute of Structural Engineers and a certified member of the Council of Registered Engineers in Nigeria (COREN).

He has extensive experience in the conceptual design of major projects locally and internationally. He was involved in the planning and designing of the Industrial Capital of Saudi Arabia (Jubail City). He has actively been involved in the profession of Civil Engineering and construction management since 1978. He worked as a Quality Control Engineer at San-Vel Concrete Company, Littleton, Mass, USA and as a Structural Engineer with Walter J. Hickey Associates, a subsidiary of Purcell Associates in Quincy, Mass, USA. He later worked as a Civil/Structural Engineer with Julius Berger (Nig.) Plc and as a Chief Engineer (Bridges) at the Nigerian Railway Corporation before venturing into private practice in 1987.

He is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Sparklight Group and its subsidiaries.

Executive Director

Miss Olamide Adeyinka

B.A., M.A., MBA, PMP 

She is a graduate of Economics, Minor Legal Studies at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell.  She received a double Masters in Business Administration and International Development & Social Change both at Clark University, Worcester, USA.  She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) at the Project Management Institute, Washington DC. 

She has over 9 years of working experience in USA, West Africa, Asia, the Middle East and North Africa.  She formerly worked with Chemonics International, Inc. in Washington DC, as a Program Manager and with the Advisory firm of the International Centre for Research on Women (ICRW) in Washington DC, Project Manager.

She is a member of the Board of Trustees of Premier Poverty Alleviation Initiative (PPAI), a non-Executive Director of Stallion Microfinance Bank Ltd and the Executive Director at Sparklight Group.

Head of Internal Control and Compliance

Mr. Adetola.O. Onafowokan

B. Sc. (Acct), M. Sc. (Mgt), ACIT AMI

Adetola obtained a bachelor degree in Accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo University and a Master of Science degree in Management from the University of Lagos. He is an Associate Member of the Associate of Accounting Technicians of Nigeria and Associate Chartered Institute of Taxation.

He joined Sparklight in 2005 as an Accounts Officer in charge of Treasury and Operation. He worked in different departments and rose gradually to become the Head of Internal control and compliance.

Tola has a total of seventeen years of experience. He worked with Flawless Properties Ltd as Accountant and Human Resources Manager and also worked with Bola Akindehinde & Co., Chartered accountants before joining Sparklight.

Project Manager

Engr. Yusuf Abideen Babatunde

HND (Civil), PGD (Civil / Structures) COREN. Reg.

Yusuf Abideen holds an HND from Yaba College of Technology with Upper Credit and PGD in Civil Engineering from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology. He is a certified member of the Council of Registered Engineers in Nigeria (COREN) and a seasoned Engineer with over 13 years of hands-on experience in design and construction. He has in-depth technical knowledge in project management, advanced construction methodology and processes.

He started his career as a Structural engineer at Chochovie Engineering limited then went on to join Daraplus Limited, serving in the capacity of Project Engineer. He later joined Kajaal global investment serving in the capacity of a Project Manager, He later Joined Topsea Engineering Limited as a Project Engineer and as Design Engineer for First Beulah consultants.

Yusuf currently works as a Project Manager for Sparklight Engineering Company Limited.

Head of A&A Designs

Arc Timothy Kareem

HND (Arc), B.Sc (Math), ANIA

Timothy Kareem holds an HND (Upper Credit) in Architecture from MAPOLY and Bachelor degree in Mathematics and Statistics from UNAAB, both in Abeokuta. He is an associate member Nigerian Institute of Architects and an architect with over 16 years of dynamic architectural practice experience including design conceptualization, design development, production of construction drawings, project supervision and project management.  

His passion for excellence in building design has led to the execution of a large number of highly notable design projects ranging from individual residence, estate residential development, commercial, religious and institutional buildings. He has worked with several notable architectural and real estate firms including Q-Bays Consortium, Studio 3-Architects, Architext Design Associates, and Adkan Services in Lagos, Abuja and Sierra Leone. He joined Sparklight Group in 2011 and is currently the Head of A&A Designs.

Finance Manager

Omotola Oyesanwo

AAT, ACA (In View)

Mr Omotola is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) and a Chartered Accountants (Student Professional Final Level). He has over 7 years of work experience and has worked in a number of high profile companies before joining Sparklight Group as an Accounts Officer.

He gradually rose through the ranks to become the Finance Manager. He is responsible for record-keeping, financial planning and management of Sparklight Group.

Manager, Legal Services

Mariam Lola Adewuyi  Esq.

B.L., LLB.

She is an alumnus of Lagos State University Ojo with a Bachelor of Law degree and a Barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and a licensed mediator. 

She has worked in the litigation department of Avid Solicitors and Al-Ilory Chambers, Lagos. She was also the control officer at Network Microfinance Bank Ikorodu, Lagos State and also worked as a mediator at the Lagos State Citizens Mediation Centre. She is currently the manager in charge of the legal services of Sparklight Group.

Facility Manager

Ajayi Oluwafunminiyi Matthew

B.Sc., M.Sc.

He is a seasoned Facility Manager with 9 years of experience in the same area of expertise. A member of International Facilities Management Association, Nigeria chapter. He has worked in several Real Estate, Facility Management, Oil and Gas companies performing related functions.

He has met targets and expectations leading to awards of recognition in most organizations. He has a Masters in Humanitarian and Refugee Studies from the University of Ibadan, Oyo state and a Bachelors in Political Science from Olabisi Onabanjo University. Ogun State.
